October 01, 2009: Corent's CEO Feyzi Fatehi moderated a very informative and lively in-person event at IBM Cost Mesa Oct 1, 2009. This nearly sold out breakfast event was hosted by Technology Council of Southern California, and co-sponsored by IBM and Corent. The speaker, Silicon Valley veteran Dr. Timothy Chou, gave an exclusive presentation on public and private Cloud Computing. Dr. Chuo, former president of Oracle's On-Demand Computing Division and author of "The End of Software" and "Cloud: Seven Clear Business Models" lead a discussion on how to capitalize on the cloud revolution to generate more revenue, reduce costs and outmaneuver the competition. The event generated lots of positive input from the audience of mostly seasoned and high caliber technology executives. We specifically thank and recognize IBM for being a great host, sponsoring and actively participating in the event.


September 29, 2009: Corent CEO Feyzi Fatehi presented at the IBM Cloud Computing Technology Day at IBM Innovation Center in Silicon Valley on Sept 29, 2009. Mr. Fatehi's presentation title was: Rapid Development of Cloud Compatible SaaS Solutions.

July 29, 2009: CEO Feyzi Fatehi presented at the AlwaysOn Summit at Stanford University to highlight how Corent's SaaS-Engine™ provides the core capabilities for SaaS vendors to rapidly build multi-tenant application on demand. June 11, 2009: Please join us when Caltech/MIT Enterprise Forum and the Technology Council of Southern California host their annual software program, this year focusing on cloud computing. The keynote speakers, serial internet entrepreneurs, and panelists will share their knowledge of cloud computing, offering guidance, insight and practical tips for young ventures on how to best exploit the "cloud". Feyzi Fatehi, CEO of Corent Technology and Peter Coffee, Director of Platform Research at Salesforce.com will join other panelists and speakers to explore if cloud computing is the next transition in the software industry or merely a technology to scale availability? For those who have familiarity with cloud computing, there remain many questions about the potential benefits it offers the entrepreneur.

The awards were presented at the prestigious gala dinner event on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles by the Technology Council of Southern California. Past award winners include: FileNet, Epicor, Sage, Citrix, Syspro, Quest Software, and QAD.

March 19, 2009: IBM Webinar features Corent's use of Amazon/IBM Cloud in the "DB2 and Cloud Computing" session held as part of the DB2 group information series.
This session will cover the implementation of Corent's SaaS-Suite™ on an DB2 based AMI in Amazon's EC2 cloud, and other aspects of IBM Cloud initiative.
