Business Development Specialist

Experience: 7-9 years
Work Location: Chennai
7–9 years in B2B and B2C sales (SaaS/tech preferred)
Proven track record in leadgen + new business + deal closures
Familiarity with MQL/SQL frameworks and pipeline management
Experience running & strategizing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
Strong market research and account intelligence skills
Exposure to LLMs and modern AI productivity tools
Ability to engage senior technology and product stakeholders
Create and refine basic outreach assets including documents, email messaging, LinkedIn posts, and campaign content.
Work with internal teams to improve sales messaging and positioning.
Conduct pre-campaign research including account intelligence and stakeholder mapping.
Drive post-campaign follow-ups through mails & calls to convert engagement into discovery meetings and “Won” opportunities.
