POSH Governance Committee (ISO 27001)
As part of our commitment to a safe workplace, Corent has instituted an Internal POSH Governance Committee, meeting ISO 27001 standards. This committee is aligned to uphold the principles outlined in The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, commonly known as the POSH Act. This Governance Committee, predominantly composed of women, serves as a safeguard for women’s rights and ensures a safe working environment.
